Tactfully impresses on debut

Daughter of Discreet Cat breaks juvenile track record at Nottingham

Tactfully, a daughter of Discreet Cat, made a huge impact on her career debut on Wednesday September 28, when easily disposing of her 14 rivals in a juvenile course record at Nottingham. Held up near the rear of the seven-furlong contest before making ground at the head of the stretch, the victory was never in doubt, running out an impressive four-length winner with a further four back to the third.

Bred by Darley, she is a daughter of the dual-winning Dubai Millennium mare Kydd Gloves, herself a half-sister to Group winner Untouched Talent. Kydd Gloves also has a yearling filly by fellow Darley stallion Authorized.

Tactfully becomes winner number 11 for her World Champion sire. Amongst those winners are the unbeaten Japanese scorer Qismah, unbeaten dual-winner Kinnikonick, and wide-margin Maiden victors Jediscreto, Lucky Dan and Medieval Cat.
