Discreet Cat's eighth winner rolls by more than 12 lengths

Discreet Cat sired his eighth two-year-old winner August 26 when Jediscreto rolled to victory by more than 12 lengths in a Maiden Special Weight at Mountaineer.

Positioned on the outside, Jediscreto pressed the pace early during the five and one-half furlong race. Entering the turn the colt took command of the lead and quickly extended himself in the stretch to take the victory and post a head turning performance.

Jediscreto was bred by Wayne G. Lyster III and is out of the multiple Stakes winning mare Lorie Darlin, by West By West. The two-year-old is a half-brother to Stakes winner Saint Augustus. His dam is a half-sister to Albrannon and Shooped, both Stakes winners as well.

Discreet Cat's first two-year-olds are already off to a winning start. His eight winners include recent seven length winner Medieval Cat, Dehere Of The Cat - a winner at Saratoga, and ten length winner Lucky Dan.
