Extravaganza makes her mark

First Stakes score for daughter of Elusive Quality

Extravaganza proved her toughness as she won the Happy Ticket Stakes by a nose at Fair Grounds on March 16th.  The daughter of Elusive Quality settled off the pace until the home turn, where she moved out and was three wide coming into the lane. She picked up speed as she set her sights on her pace-setting rival, and determinedly chased her down in time to grab the win.

Co-bred and owned by Stone Farm, Extravaganza is out of winning mare Shoppingwithbetty, by Danzig. Shoppingwithbetty is a half-sister to G3-winner Storm Broker by Storm Cat.
