Avenger Of Light shines in G1 GP Linneo De Paula Machado

Elusive Quality colt wins in Brazil

Elusive Quality sired his 10th G1 winner October 12 when his three-year-old son Avenger Of Light landed the G1 GP Linneo De Paula Machado at Gavea in Brazil.

In the one-and-one-quarter-mile turf race Avenger Of Light patiently settled towards the back of the pack. Traveling wide in the stretch, the colt came on strong and effortlessly took the victory.

Avenger Of Light is out of the Put It Back mare Pretty Rafaela and was bred by Stud TNT.

Other G1 winners by world-class sire Elusive Quality include G1 Kentucky Derby winner Smarty Jones, Australian Champion Sepoy, and G1 Breeders' Cup Classic winner Raven's Pass. In 2013 the sire has been highlighted by Elusive Kate, a four-time G1 winner whose most recent victory was a repeat in the G1 Prix Rothschild at Deauville. Elusive Quality is the sire of 32 total Graded/Group winners to date.
