She Be Wild romps to victory in the Top Flight Stakes to become Offlee Wild’s second Stakes winner

She Be Wild, by Darley freshman sire Offlee Wild, notched her first Stakes win in tremendous style on August 8, with a five-and-a-quarter length victory in the Top Flight Stakes, run over seven furlongs at Arlington Park.

Settled in third position, She Be Wild made her moving coming around the turn and taking the lead at the quarter pole, eased clear of her rivals and crossed the wire over five lengths clear. This was not the first wide-margin victory for Wayne Catalano’s charge, as she broke her maiden at the first time of asking at the end of May – winning by an astounding seven-and-a-quarter lengths.

Bred by M & N Mazzoni, she is out of the Seeking The Gold mare Trappings, herself a daughter of multiple Stakes winner Duck Trap.

Offlee Wild has sired six winners and four Black type performers to date, including fellow Stakes winner Heavenville.
