New Stakes winner for Offlee Wild

Two-year-old colt Dreamsrunwild lands the Sunday Silence Stakes

Dreamsrunwild, one of nine Stakes performers to date for Offlee Wild, gained his first victory at this level and second career win on September 25 when landing the one-and-one-sixteenth mile Sunday Silence Stakes at Louisiana Downs.

Settled off the early pace, the juvenile colt saved ground on the inside rail and quickening impressively close to home, got up at the wire to win by a head.

Bred by Danny Wills, Dreamsrunwild is out of the Tiznow mare Pitchatotaltizzy, a half sister to multiple Stakes winner Sumfun and a granddaughter of G2 winner and G1 Coaching Club American Oaks second Crowned.

Offlee Wild has sired 34 winners this year, including fellow Stakes winners Heavenville and Offlee Swift. He is also sire of last year’s G1 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies’ winner She Be Wild.
