Lady Alida blows away the competition to take the In The Breeze Stakes

Street Boss filly wires the field to earn her second Stakes victory

Lady Alida earned her second Stakes victory when she once again wired the field to take the In The Breeze Stakes by one-and-three-quarter-lengths at Gulfstream Park Sept. 7.

The four-year-old daughter of Street Boss added the In The Breeze Stakes to her growing resume, which already included the Treasure Coast Stakes, which she annexed earlier this summer.

Lady Alida was bred in Kentucky and races as a homebred for SJT Racing Stable LLC. She is out of the Deputy Minister mare, Day Of Obligation, and hails from the stellar family of Champion and Filly Triple Crown winner, Chris Evert and Confessional (G1 Frizette).

Street Boss is the sire of over 30 Stakes winners. In addition to Lady Alida, Street Boss has sired 2019 Graded Stakes winner Totally Boss, winner of the G3 Runhappy Turf Sprint and Kentucky Downs Preview Turf Sprint. Street Boss is also the sire of Graded Stakes-placed performers Social Paranoia (2nd, G1 Belmont Derby Invitational; 3rd, G2 American Turf Stakes) and Manhattan Up (2nd, G2 Lazaro Barrera Stakes).
