Fourth juvenile Stakes winner in 2012 for Any Given Saturday

Dixie Indy wins Clasico Agustin Mercado Reveron Stakes

Any Given Saturday sired a strong fourth juvenile Stakes winner in 2012 on December 16 as Dixie Indy won the Clasico Agustin Mercado Reveron Stakes at Camarero. The colt won the one and one-sixteenth mile race for owner Establo Glorilu.

Bred by Aaron Sones in Kentucky, Dixie Indy is out of the Dixie Union mare Deep In Dixie. The colt is from the family of G1 winner Indygo Shiner, as well as fantastic broodmare Toussad, who is the dam of both Empire Maker and Chester House.

Any Given Saturday's second-crop Stakes winners this year include Carving, a winner of the Real Quiet Stakes at Hollywood Park, and Dry Summer who won the Oak Tree Juvenile Turf Stakes at Del Mar. A son of the talented Distorted Humor, Any Given Saturday has also sired impressive Sunland Park Oaks winner Princess Arabella from his first crop.

Any Given Saturday will stand the upcoming breeding season at Darley America for $7,500 stands and nurses.
