Offlee Wild notches his fifth winner and takes his winners to runners ratio to an impressive 50 per cent

Freshman sire Offlee Wild had made a great start with his first crop of runners and can now boast a 50 per cent winners to runners ratio, after Offlee Fancee won by three lengths on his debut on June 10.

Setting the early pace, Offlee Fancee drew clear of his rivals at the furlong pole and ran on to win the three-and-half furlong contest by three lengths.

Bred by C Kidder, Cole, B Kidder & J & J Mamakos, Offlee Fancee is out of the winning Forest Wildcat mare Americas Cat. Now the producer of two winners from two foals to race, she is herself out of dual G2 winner American Royale and is from the family of multiple G1 winners Stellar Jayne and Starrer.

Offlee Wild has now sired five individual winners, including the Black type-placed Tomball.
