Consolidator sires his first winner

Solid Lunar obliges on her debut at Lone Star Park

Freshman sire Consolidator recorded his first winner on April 26 when his daughter Solid Lunar won at the first time of asking at Lone Star Park.

Despite hitting the gate and bumping one of her rivals, the two-year-old filly took the lead at the sixteenth pole and held on to win the four-and-a-half furlong contest by three quarters of a length.

Owned and bred by Heiligbrodt Racing Stable, Solid Lunar is out of the Stakes-winning Yes It's True mare Lunargal.

Consolidator stands at Darley America at a fee of $15,000 Stands and Nurses.
