Out of a half-sister to Horse of the Year Subscribe
This colt is finding the going pretty soft following a snowy night at Jonabell. Born February 5th, he’s out of the Kingmambo mare Queen of Denmark whose half-brother, Subscribe, won three career G1 events and was Horse of the Year in Hong Kong. Her half-sister is the G1-winning filly Dizelle.
Medaglia d’Oro has started off the new year in a strong way with his Champion daughter Songbird winning her 2016 debut and fifth consecutive start impressively in the G2 Las Virgenes Stakes while son Mshawish stamped his ticket to the Dubai World Cup with his second career G1 win in the Donn Handicap.
Queen of Denmark will be bred back to Medaglia d’Oro in 2016
